Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Hasteck Shop

At Hasteck Shop, we value our customers and strive to deliver the best women’s fashion products. Please read our return, replacement, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Policy

We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy for eligible women’s wear products such as jeans, tops, sarees, and kurtis.

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours (Next Day) of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was delivered.

Before returning any product, customers must contact our Customer Support Team for return authorization and instructions.


Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • Clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product may be required for verification.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched.

  • Replacement products will be delivered within 10 to 15 business days, subject to availability.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If a return request is approved, the refund will be initiated after the product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 to 20 working days.

  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of duplicate or double payment, the extra amount will be refunded to the same payment source within 15 to 20 working days.


Important Notes

  • Certain items like discounted/sale products, innerwear, or accessories (if applicable) may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Color and design may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution—this will not be considered a defect.

  • Hasteck Shop reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request after inspection.
